About the event
Emergencies happen and standards of care change over time. Please join us on April 19 with Dr Lizzy Aksten of Piedmont Veterinary Clinic to discuss what to do when an emergency happens, what to do while waiting for the vet to arrive, what constitutes an emergency and what can wait. It is terrible to think that accidents can happen, but they inevitably do and it is nice to have the peace of mind in how to handle them during those initial moments that can bring panic to both your horse and yourself.
