Dressage Clinic With Brandi Benedict

Please join us for this wonderful clinic with talented rider and horsewoman, Brandi Benedict of SonRise Dressage in Lovettsville, VA. Each rider spot is a private, 45 minute session beginning at 8am. There will be time for Q&A after both the morning sessions and the afternoon sessions. Lunch will take place between sessions and light refreshments will be served. We encourage auditors and participants to stay for multiple riders in order to get the most of out the clinic. Brandi's teaching style is clear and communicative, allowing you to learn as other riders work on their goals. Whether you are interested in learning a little more about dressage fundamentals or riding your first I1 test this year, Brandi can help you achieve your goals. CHS is subsidizing some of the cost of this event in hopes of providing more accessible equestrian opportunities in our community. Day stalls are available for $40 so you can comfortably leave your horse while you watch. There is a possibilty of adding up to 2 afternoon spots in this clinic if it fills so stay tuned. A little more about our clinician...

Brandi is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist. She has had numerous regional and national placings on multiple horses. Her experience includes training horses from young prospects to the FEI levels. Brandi has the distinct talent of being able to cultivate the ability in each of her horses in a way that enhances their performance, while maintaining happy attitudes as they progress through the levels. Brandi's belief is that all horses can benefit from classical dressage training, whether he/she is a pleasure horse or a budding FEI prospect. She has extensive experience riding all types of horses in multiple disciplines and she has been very successful in the show ring.
