Come see the beautiful State Arboretum of Virginia in Boyce on horseback. The Bridle Trail is approximately 7.5 miles long and traverses farm fields, mature woodlots, and a wetlands area. The Bridle Trail is open to both horses and hikers.

In June, come see the beautiful State Arboretum of Virginia in Boyce on horseback. The Bridle Trail is approximately 7.5 miles long and traverses farm fields, mature woodlots, and a wetlands area. The Bridle Trail is open to both horses and hikers. There is a suggested donation of $5 per ride, and a signed liability waiver will be required for each rider. (A donation box is located at the kiosk in the paddock). A current (within one year) negative Coggins test is required for horses, ponies, mules, etc. Please include the actual number as well as the date of the test on the waiver form. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all riders must wear a hardhat. Participants are not allowed to ride…
